Email Marketing
Somewhere between “join our list” + “buy this” there should probably be a plan.
Not everybody who is interested is ready to buy today.
Email gives “not yet” somewhere useful to go.
A reason to stay. A proper welcome. Emails worth opening. The right offer when the timing makes sense.
We build the system. And help you keep it moving.
Strategy + Setup from £1,295 · Standalone Sequences from £750 · Ongoing Support from £750/month
Email marketing we've built + sent
Having an email list isn’t the same as having email marketing.
Perhaps your subscribers came through an old freebie. A checkout box. A workshop eighteen months ago.
And every so often somebody says:
We really should email them.
So you do.
Then nothing for six weeks.
Then another newsletter.
Then launch time arrives + suddenly everybody hears from you four times in seven days.
The answer isn’t necessarily sending more.
It’s knowing what email is actually there to do.
Build familiarity. Answer questions. Challenge assumptions. Introduce the right offer.
Or simply be worth reading.
Because if every send begins with “What shall we talk about this week?”, we’ve simply moved the content problem from Instagram into somebody’s inbox.
The objective isn’t to send more email.
It’s to make the emails you send worth opening.
So, what happens after somebody subscribes?
Hopefully, more than one automated thank-you.
A useful email journey doesn’t need 47 automations + a flowchart requiring its own postcode.
It just needs to make sense.
DISCOVER → SUBSCRIBE → WELCOME → NURTURE → CONSIDER → BUY → STAY
A reason to subscribe. A proper welcome. Emails that build familiarity, answer questions + introduce the right offer when the timing makes sense.
And a relationship that doesn’t suddenly become irrelevant because somebody bought something.
That’s the system.
Then somebody has to keep it moving.
What does your email marketing actually need?
You don’t need to know before you get here.
Maybe the foundations need sorting. Maybe one part of the journey is missing. Maybe everything works + you just need somebody to keep the bloody thing moving.
There are three ways we can help.
01 — Email Marketing Strategy + Setup
The foundations need sorting.
For businesses starting from scratch, working with an outdated setup or wondering what several years of email marketing held together by hope have actually created.
We work out what email is there to do, who it needs to speak to + what should happen from subscribe to sale + beyond.
Your project can include:
Email Marketing Strategy · Subscriber Journey · List Growth + Opt-in Direction · Content + Cadence · Segmentation + Automation · Branded Email Template · Five-email Welcome + Nurture Sequence · Measurement
And yes, we can help implement it too.
Because there is limited joy in receiving an email strategy followed by:
“Good luck finding all the buttons.”
Projects from £1,295
02 — Ongoing Email Marketing
Email marketing has an annoying habit of needing another email.
The strategy can be excellent. The welcome sequence can be happily doing its thing.
And still, somebody has to decide what to send, write it, build it, check it, schedule it + remember to do the whole thing again next time.
That is the bit we take responsibility for.
Monthly Planning · Email Copywriting · Build + Scheduling · Campaign Support · Performance + Optimisation
Starting packages include up to four emails per month, with higher frequencies + larger campaigns scoped separately.
From £750/month · 3-month minimum
No mysterious retainer where everyone vaguely remembers that “email marketing” was included somewhere.
03 — Standalone Email Sequences
Sometimes the system is fine.
There’s just a bit missing.
A welcome sequence nobody ever wrote. A lead magnet with nowhere to lead. An evergreen offer that needs selling. A post-purchase journey currently consisting of a receipt + good intentions.
Welcome + Nurture · Lead Magnet Nurture · Sales + Launch · Evergreen Sales · Re-engagement · Post-purchase + Client Journeys
Projects from £750
If the bigger journey needs sorting first, we’ll tell you before we start writing emails into the void.
Because “we should email more consistently” isn’t really a plan.
Email has a habit of sliding down the list.
Thursday’s newsletter becomes “we’ll send one next week.”
Until next week becomes next month.
Or:
Nothing.
Nothing.
Nothing.
WE’RE LAUNCHING.
Five emails.
Back to nothing.
But the answer isn’t sending something just because the calendar says you should.
We plan around what’s happening in your business, what your audience needs + what email actually needs to achieve.
Sometimes that means an offer. A useful idea. A question worth answering.
And sometimes?
The smartest thing we can do is not send another email just to fill a slot.
Useful first. Consistent second.
We won’t become a stranger pretending to be you in somebody’s inbox.
If an email is written from your name, it should still sound like you.
You give us the ideas, expertise, opinions + context.
We turn them into emails worth sending.
You stay present in the marketing.
You just don’t have to write every word of it yourself.
And no monthly homework assignment asking you to write the newsletter before we write the newsletter.
Not just a list. Somewhere useful for the relationship to continue.
Jennifer came to us with 30 years of business experience, a body of work she believed in + deep expertise to share.
What she didn’t yet have was the digital system around it.
“When I started working with Natty, I didn't even know what a funnel was. I had 30 years of business experience, a body of work I believed in, and absolutely no idea how to translate any of it into a digital business.
Natty changed that. She brought a deep eye for detail, built my funnels from scratch, created and audited my copy, and did it all in a way that honoured my brand rather than flattening it. What shifted for me was confidence. I went from overwhelmed and out of my depth to genuinely backing myself as a mentor and course creator online.
If you're an expert in your field but the online business side feels like a foreign language, Natty is exactly who you need.”

I’m quite interested in what happens between “not yet” + “yes”.
We spend a lot of time thinking about how somebody discovers a business + the moment they buy.
I’m interested in what has to happen in between.
The question they need answered. The assumption that needs challenging. The email that makes them think:
Oh. That’s exactly what I’ve been trying to explain.
I lead TDH’s email strategy, subscriber journeys + email copy, connecting what lands in the inbox to what’s actually happening across the business.
Because a good email isn’t just something worth opening.
It should know why it was sent.

The things you may still be wondering.
-
There are three ways to work with us.
Email Marketing Strategy + Setup starts from £1,295.
Standalone Email Sequences start from £750.
Ongoing Email Marketing starts from £750/month, with a three-month minimum.
The final investment depends on what already exists, what needs creating + how much implementation or ongoing support you need.
You’ll know exactly what’s included before we begin.
No mysterious “email stuff” line item.
-
Not necessarily.
If your strategy is current, your subscriber journey makes sense + the foundations are working properly, we’ll use them.
We’re not going to rebuild the whole thing so we can invoice you for rebuilding the whole thing.
If the foundations are missing, outdated or several years of email marketing are being held together by hope, we may recommend sorting those first.
Writing more emails won’t fix a system that doesn’t make sense.

Using something else?
Tell us when you enquire + we’ll confirm whether we can support it.
And if what you actually need is advanced CRM engineering, custom integrations or highly technical automation?
We’ll tell you.
We’re much more interested in getting you the right help than pretending everything belongs in our scope.
-
Yes, where list growth is part of what the business actually needs.
We’ll look at who you actually want on the list, why subscribing is worthwhile, where those opportunities belong + what happens once somebody joins.
Because a bigger list isn’t automatically a better one.
A smaller list of the right people can be considerably more useful than a large one accumulated through three years of freebies + good intentions.
-
Yes.
But first, we’ll work out what role it actually needs to play in the subscriber journey.
Because:
“Apparently I need a lead magnet” isn’t much of a strategy.
Copywriting + design can then be added where needed.
-
Yes.
For ongoing support, we agree the direction, write the copy + give you the opportunity to review and approve it before anything is scheduled.
You’re outsourcing the work.
Not your voice or your judgement.
-
Regular campaign support can be built into your ongoing scope where appropriate.
Larger launches, additional nurture sequences, re-engagement campaigns or extra automations may sit outside the regular monthly scope.
Where they do, we’ll quote them separately rather than quietly squeezing twelve extra emails into a retainer designed for four.
You’ll know what’s included before we start.
-
Enough that the emails still contain your expertise, ideas, opinions + actual business.
Not so involved that you wonder why you hired us.
We’ll plan around your audience, offers + wider marketing.
You give us the context we couldn’t possibly know from outside the business.
We turn it into the emails.
No monthly homework assignment asking you to write the newsletter before we write the newsletter.
Interest doesn’t always become a decision overnight.
Give it somewhere useful to go in the meantime.
Someone can discover your business today + become a client months from now.
You can’t control when they’ll be ready.
But you can make sure the relationship doesn’t disappear in between.
A reason to subscribe. A proper welcome. Emails worth reading. Relevant offers. Clear next steps.
And somebody making sure the whole thing doesn’t quietly stop because Thursday got busy.
You don’t need more emails for the sake of having more emails.
You need email marketing that knows what it’s doing.
Email Marketing · Strategy + Setup from £1,295 · Standalone Sequences from £750 · Ongoing Support from £750/month
Tell us what’s happening with your emails.
A thriving list.
A neglected list.
Three automations nobody remembers building.
A newsletter permanently sitting on the to-do list.
Or a blank Mailchimp account looking expectantly at you.
Give us the slightly untidy version.
We’ll work out what the email marketing actually needs.
No need to tidy the email account before we look at it. We’d rather see what’s actually going on.
