Meet The Hive
Nobody here does the same job.
That’s entirely the point.
Everyone here notices different things.
Strategy sees direction.
Copy shapes language.
Design creates feeling.
Operations spots what might fall between the gaps.
Individually, those perspectives are useful.
The real value appears when they stay in the same conversation.
Because a beautifully designed website can still tell the wrong story.
Brilliant content can still attract attention to an offer nobody quite understands.
Strong SEO can still send more people towards a customer journey that is not ready for them.
Good work can still pull a business apart when nobody is protecting what happens between it.
That is what The Hive is here to protect.
The founder should not have to be everybody’s translator.
When specialists work in isolation, the founder often becomes the person joining everything back together.
Explaining why one decision was made. Reminding the next person what the previous person promised. Spotting when one improvement has quietly created another problem somewhere else.
The Digital Hive was built differently.
Nobody here needs to do every job.
They do need to understand how their work affects somebody else’s.
The copywriter knows the design has to carry the thought.
The designer knows the words are part of the experience.
The strategist knows a recommendation is only useful if the team can turn it into something real.
Operations makes sure the thread stays intact while all of that moves.
Different perspectives.
Shared standards.
One business to understand.
Nobody here was hired because they think exactly like me.
That would defeat the point.
Thoughtful disagreement is often where the better work begins.
Natty Bernasconi
FOUNDER + STRATEGIC DIRECTOR
Natty leads the strategic + creative direction across The Digital Hive and created The Digital Hive Framework™.
Her brain has a habit of following one marketing question into three different corners of the business — which is why she rarely treats a website, content, search or brand problem in isolation.
She works across strategy, positioning, messaging + copywriting, while leading the creative direction of client projects to make sure the thinking doesn't get lost somewhere between the brief and the finished thing.
Natty also leads TDH’s wider thinking around Neurodivergent Marketing™ + Human-First Marketing, and speaks on marketing, neurodivergence, entrepreneurship + women in business.
WORDS THE TEAM HEARS A LOT
“I’ve had an idea…”
Alexandra Lee Abante
JUNIOR MARKETING + CONTENT COORDINATOR
Alex is very good at taking “we should probably do something with this” and turning it into an actual content plan.
She joined The Digital Hive in October 2024 and supports client content through research, planning, first drafts, coordination + scheduling — keeping an eye on what’s relevant, what the audience actually cares about + how each piece fits the wider strategy.
And once the thinking, copy + creative are ready, she helps make sure they actually leave the Google Doc and see the light of day.
THE WORDS WE ALL LIKE TO HEAR
“It’s scheduled.”
Princess Khinn Toledo
GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Princess sees the feeling behind a brand before most people see the colour palette.
Her starting point is rarely “What should this look like?” It’s “What should this business feel like to somebody meeting it for the first time?”
Since joining The Digital Hive in August 2025, she’s brought that instinct to brand identity, digital design, packaging + wider creative work — spotting the tiny visual decisions people may never consciously notice, but will absolutely feel.
She also has a habit of finding the visual solution the rest of us were trying to explain with paragraphs.
Useful.
HER CREATIVE SWEET SPOT
Turning “I know how I want it to feel…” into something you can actually see.
Haidee Nicole Espiritu
OPERATIONS + EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
If the rest of us are happily following ideas around the room, Haidee makes sure they actually arrive where they’re supposed to.
She joined The Digital Hive in February 2026 and brought something every growing studio quietly depends on: clarity.
Haidee keeps projects moving, systems working + bottlenecks from becoming the kind of problem everybody suddenly needs a meeting about.
Much of what she does happens behind the scenes. Clients feel it in the communication, the organisation + the reassuring sense that somebody is keeping an eye on the whole thing.
HER ZONE OF GENIUS
“Turning chaos into clarity.”
Accurate.
One business. Four perspectives.

Which is rather the point.
What this feels like for you.
One of the nicest things clients say about working with The Digital Hive is this:
It feels calm.
Not because there is not a lot happening.
Because you do not have to carry all of it.
You should not find yourself translating between the strategist, designer, copywriter + marketing team.
You should not have to remind one person what another agreed three weeks ago.
And you should not feel as though hiring an agency has somehow resulted in you managing your own agency.
We keep the work connected. The people informed. The reasoning visible. You can get back to running your business.
Calm is not the absence of complexity.
It is the feeling that somebody knows what to do with it.
That is the strongest client-facing payoff in the existing draft and absolutely worth keeping.
Businesses are rarely transformed by one brilliant idea.
They are changed by hundreds of thoughtful decisions.
The strategic one.
The operational one.
The sentence somebody refined.
The design detail somebody noticed.
The question somebody asked before everybody rushed into execution.
We simply like making sure those decisions still belong to the same business.
If that sounds like the kind of people you want around yours:
Right, but how does this actually work?
-
It depends on what your project needs.
Natty leads the strategy + creative direction, bringing in Princess, Alex + Haidee where their expertise makes sense.
No mystery team behind the curtain. You’ll know who’s working on what + why.
-
Yes.
Natty leads the strategy, creative direction + copywriting and stays closely involved throughout.
You also get the benefit of a team around her — because being very good at strategy does not magically make someone a graphic designer, content coordinator and operations person too.
That’s rather the point of The Hive.
-
We don't quietly send your project off to a mystery freelancer you've never heard of.
The core Hive works collaboratively, and you'll know who's involved.
Occasionally, a project needs expertise outside our core team. If it does, we'll tell you who we're bringing in, why + what they're responsible for. No surprises.
-
We talk to each other. A lot.
It sounds obvious. You'd be surprised.
Strategy isn't handed to design and forgotten about. Design doesn't happen without understanding the thinking behind it. Content doesn't start from scratch every month.
Everyone is working from the same strategic direction, so each decision builds on the last rather than accidentally undoing it.
Different disciplines. Same thread.
